Emerald Education, Research and Consultancy Service (Emerald) and Target Business Consultants Plc (Target Consult) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership in business advisory, software development, research, and outsourcing services.
The agreement, signed in Addis Ababa by Dr. Adem Ibrahim, General Manager of Emerald, and Mr. Getnet Hale, CEO of Target Consult, marks the start of a long-term collaboration focused on delivering integrated, technology-driven, and innovative solutions to public and private sector organizations across Ethiopia.
The partnership combines Emerald’s expertise in education, applied research, data science, artificial intelligence, and capacity building with Target Consult’s strong background in business advisory, enterprise consulting, digital solutions, and outsourcing services. Together, the two organizations aim to bridge the gap between research and practical implementation, improve organizational performance, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Both parties emphasized that the collaboration will enable them to deliver high-impact, evidence-based solutions, build professional capacity, and contribute to Ethiopia’s growing digital and business ecosystem.
