Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management, ensuring the organization’s financial health and stability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to optimize efficiency and performance.
Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
Responsible for planning and coordinating division’s activities
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
About You
Qualifications and Skills:

MA/BA Degree in Accounting/ Accounting and Finance or related field of study.
At least 5+ years demonstrated experience in financial transaction, operation and control activities.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
