Finance Manager

About the Job
Our company Amazon Cargo PLC are looking for qualified candidates to fill the Finance Manager position.

Role & Responsibilities

Ensure all payment requests and bank transfer requests for payments to vendors are completed in compliance with contract requirements and paid on time, adjusting work processes in the country office Finance department as required
Follow up, Manage and Collect payments from clients and prepare report
Ensure on time management, review, and processing of payroll, invoices, and in-field fee payments
Ensure bank statements, bank reconciliations, and submitted expense reports are reasonable, allocable, and auditable are posted on Dynamics
Review monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts and prepare monthly close out as per the guidelines provided by HQ
Prepare for and participate in all financial reviews/audits required
Ensure that all month & year end accounts reconciliation and closure are done on a timely basis
Manage all kind of finance issue with in organization
Salary: Negotiable
About You
Required qualifications:

BA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Solid Experience in Logistics or In Cargo transportation
Demonstrate strong financial management skills and an in -depth knowledge of Transportation of Cargo
Working experience with relevant Peachtree skill and certification including financial reporting requirements and advanced level in using MS Excel and other financial program
Managing Budget and Cost reduction Planning and Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
Have a collaborative approach to work and have been able to achieve results through influencing others
Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Be able to multitask and deliver results while working independently
Experience

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a management position.
Focus on Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Operations and Custom clearing and Freight of cargo
