Job Description – Finance Head (Ovid Plywood Manufacturing Company)
Ovid Plywood Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly capable finance head to lead and oversee all financial operations of the organization. The role is responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow control, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Oversee accounting operations, cost control, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal financial policies.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and long-term financial planning.
Provide strategic financial advice to management for operational and investment decisions.
Supervise and support the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing. • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
