About the Job
Evaluate and recommend ERP solutions and improvements.

Participate in the planning and execution of ERP upgrades, implementations, and roll-outs across the group.
●
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the group’s ERP systems.
●
Monitor ERP system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements.
●
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP-related issues, coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed.
●
Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP systems.
●
Collaborate with business users from different entities to understand their requirements and provide solutions within the ERP framework.
●
Develop and deliver training and documentation to ERP users across the group.
●
Facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge related to ERP usage across the group.
●
Manage or participate in ERP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
●
Coordinate with internal and external teams involved in ERP projects.
●
Develop and maintain ERP reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business processes.
●
Analyze data within the ERP system to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
About You
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study with a minimum of three (2) years of demonstrated experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of study with a minimum of six (4) years of demonstrated experience.
