The Sales Representative at Blue Elephant Fiberboard Manufacturing Plc plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within the Sales sector. This full-time, mid-level position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and offers a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will engage with clients, manage sales processes, and contribute to the company’s growth and success in the fiberboard manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new customers in local and international markets.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international company.
Experience in selling materials or products outside of Ethiopia is highly preferred.
Previous experience in construction sales is preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Chinese) is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions.
Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
Compile and analyze sales reporting data to drive performance improvements.
