Job Summary: Recruit potential customers, collect/receive the customer’s application, facilitate the property estimation proposed as collateral, Mobilize Resources from Financed Customers, conduct financing follow-up, and timely escalate issues that need top Management attention related to assigned jobs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruits potential customers and maintains strong relationships with existing corporate banking customers and establishes strong business relations with all corporate banking customers of the Bank.
Arrange, facilitate, and conduct a timely business and collateral visit for corporate banking customers and try to understand the customer’s behavior, business nature, objectives, and target.
Provides trusted financial service advice, within the context of established client relationships and dynamic industry competition, with the aim of retaining existing clients for future business.
Highly engage and follow up that the corporate banking customers are working and supporting the bank on resource mobilization.
Plan, scrutinize and deliver Resource Mobilization target on regular basis.
Engage in bank’s resource mobilization campaign.
About You
Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
with 4/6 years of banking operation experience, respectively, of which 2 years as a Corporate CRM (Financing) role in the areas.
