Job Summary:

The Project Manager in IT Solution Directorate leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex and high-impact projects. This role involves managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The Senior Project Manager oversees cross-functional teams, mitigates risks, and drives continuous improvement in project management processes. With a focus on leadership and strategic thinking, this position ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as main project contact.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts as needed.
Identify, mitigate, and monitor project risks and issues.
Implement best practices and optimize project processes.
Track performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to improve project outcomes.
Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational strategy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Facilitate effective communication across all project teams.
Support product development and launch activities when required.
About You
Requirement:

Bachelors’ in degree in computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5/3 years of experience in project management, including leading complex or large-scale projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
Project management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP)
Experience managing enterprise-wide projects or programs
Knowledge of financial management, risk analysis, and resource planning
