We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer (Female Only) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales, customer engagement, and business growth. The Sales Officer will support sales activities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products or services
Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and basic sales reports
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
Collect market and customer feedback and share insights with the team
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to support sales campaigns

About You
Required Qualifications & Experience:

12+,Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good time management and organizational skills
