About You
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) from a recognized university
Specialization in Commercial Law or Business Law is highly preferred
Work Experience & Skills
4–5 years of experience in corporate and commercial legal practice
Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
Proven experience in company incorporation, corporate governance, and compliance matters
Experience working in manufacturing, trading, or corporate organizations is highly preferred
Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills
