Job Description
Purpose of the Role
To design, manage, secure, and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring secure connectivity, high availability, and proactive monitoring of network and security systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.
Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, RIP).
Configure and manage VPN tunnels (site-to-site and remote access).
Manage IP addressing, subnetting, and network segmentation.
Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls and security policies.
Implement and operate SOC stack monitoring and security tools.
Perform network performance monitoring and incident response.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.
Required Technical Skills & Tools
Routing & switching (Cisco, MikroTik, FortiGate, or similar)
Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)
VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN)
Firewall configuration and management
SOC stack tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, log monitoring)
Network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, etc.)

Job Requirements
Minimum Education Qualification
B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
Network administration and security
Firewall and VPN configuration
SOC monitoring and network troubleshooting
Certifications (if any)
CCNA / CCNP (preferred)
Network Security or Firewall-related certifications (advantage)
