MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The role of the Sales Associate is to maximize sales while assisting the Sales Manager on all aspects of the sales department and the project as it relates to the sales floor. The Sales Associate achieves this by propelling the project in the following areas; Staff , Sales Process and Customer Experience , Marketing , Administration , and Operations. Depending on your experience and knowledge, your core responsibilities will be but not limited to;

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executing the sales process in a friendly and professional way in conjuction with the company Core Values.
• Building an exceptional brand experience for Nikalts clients and prospective purchasers, while delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Excuting prospecting and sales program related duties, including but not limited to; prospecting or realtor calls preparing daily prospecting reports, preparing daily traffic reports, database management, contact managemnt
• Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing for training session as requested, playing an active role in ensuring that all support staff are properly trained on project related information.
• Ensuring the Sales Center is adequetly supplied with all relevant marketing materials.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with scheduling and managing all database releted activities throughout the program.
• seamless customer experience and support the company’s operational needs.

Terms to Employment :Permanent after successful completion of probation period.

SALARY ; As per the company scale.

WORKPLACE ; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
About You
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, furniture sales, or showroom operations is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with diverse customers.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle negotiations, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple branch locations as business needs arise.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including POS systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and email communication.
• Education: Minimum of ; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with proven experience.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on showroom schedules.
