MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

A sales Representative is an employee who takes the role of helping customers with their product inquiries and facilitating the purchase of the customer. As a sales, the employee must be familiar with the different products offered by the company and should be able to direct customers to the product that best suits their needs. He /She must be able to work the equipment needed for a smooth checkout process.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market’s potential , track sales and status reports.
Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities , and potential for new products.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, address their questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support the company’s operational needs.
Terms to Employment : Permanent after successful completion of probation period.

SALARY; As per the Company scale.

About You
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
