Call Center Representative

About the Job
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join the team at. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries and enhance their experience with our brand.

.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Document all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality and personal performance.
Terms to Employment :Permanent after successful completion of probation period.

SALARY; As per the Company scale.

About You
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
TVET Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
