Altera Luxury Living is recruiting a dynamic and experienced pre-opening team to deliver premium serviced-apartment and hotel-apartment experiences in Addis Ababa. We invite qualified and passionate professionals to apply for the following positions:

Position: IT Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Addis Ababa

Position Summary

The IT Manager will lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations during the pre-opening phase and ongoing hotel-apartment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and servers
Oversee property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and hotel software
Ensure data security, backup, and cybersecurity compliance
Provide technical support to all departments
Coordinate with vendors for system implementation and maintenance
Lead IT setup during pre-opening phase
About You
Educational & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
Experience in hotel or hospitality IT systems is highly preferred
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity
Experience with hotel management systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Leadership and project management abilities
