Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Manage brand positioning and corporate communications.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Oversee content creation, social media, and advertising initiatives.
Manage marketing budget.
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to support revenue growth.
Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach.
Oversee public relations efforts to establish and manage partnerships, including media relations with influencers, educational institutions, corporations, embassies, UN offices and community organizations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Track and report on the performance and impact of partnerships.
Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and workshops to engage with potential users and partners.
Represent the platform at industry conferences and events.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs (insights), preferences, behaviors and competitive positioning.
About You
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
