About the Job

G2G IT Solutions S.C is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on IT and telecom service sales. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, leading our sales force, and cementing our brand presence within the competitive technology landscape.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Opportunity Identification: Research and develop new revenue streams in the IT and telecom sectors.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase market share and outperform competitors.

  • Institutional Relations: Build and sustain strong partnerships with corporate clients, government institutions, and private organizations.

2. Sales Management & Leadership

  • Team Oversight: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports for executive review.

  • Contract Negotiation: Manage the sales pipeline and lead the negotiation for high-value service agreements.

3. Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Campaign Design: Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, events, and strategic partnerships.

  • Brand Authority: Strengthen the company’s reputation as a top-tier provider of technology solutions.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Retention: Develop long-term relationships with key strategic partners.

  • Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of service delivery and convert leads into lifelong customers through proactive follow-up.


About You

1. Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.

  • Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a heavy emphasis on the IT or telecom sectors.

  • Leadership: Proven track record in team management and high-stakes client acquisition.

2. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Sales Leadership: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct deep market research and translate data into actionable sales strategies.

  • Communication: Strong presentation abilities and high-level reporting skills.

  • Pressure Management: Ability to maintain peak performance while working under strict sales targets.

3. Preferred Knowledge

  • Experience in Enterprise IT, Cloud Services, Networking Solutions, or Managed Services.

  • Familiarity with Government project sales and corporate procurement cycles.
