Job Summary
The Depot Manager will lead an assigned depot with the primary objective of maximizing customer satisfaction and depot profitability. You will direct, coordinate, and control the movement of finished products, empty crates, and containers, while ensuring the absolute safety and organized arrangement of company property.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
1. Customer Satisfaction

Operational Flexibility: Set and implement warehouse working hours in collaboration with customers to optimize service delivery.

Service Excellence: Manage daily operations with agility and ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly review depot workflows to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. System Utilization (ERP)

Data Integrity: Achieve 100% utilization of the ERP system for all stock movements.

Reconciliation: Perform regular data reconciliations to ensure the system accurately reflects physical stock levels.

Variance Control: Target zero stock variance during monthly, semi-annual, and year-end inventory counts.

Asset Tracking: Properly capture and record all Point of Sale (POS) materials within the digital system.
3. Resource Efficiency

Logistics Management: Ensure loading and offloading of transport vehicles meet standard turn-around-time (TAT) targets.

Storage Optimization: Maintain organized storage spaces and ensure rigorous implementation of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.

Loss Prevention: Minimize operational breakage and ensure company assets are handled with the highest level of care.
About You
1. Educational Background
-
Degree: BA Degree or Advanced Diploma in Property, Supplies, Logistics Management, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience
-
Tenure: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in store or warehouse management.

Leadership: Proven experience in people management or team supervision, complemented by strong communication and expression abilities.
