Job Summary
Tabor Ceramics Products Share Company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Accountant to join our Addis Ababa team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting, financial record-keeping, and internal control systems within a prominent manufacturing and retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Record Keeping: Assist in the daily recording of financial transactions and ensure all ledgers are updated accurately.

Documentation: Verify and organize supporting documents for payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Support the senior accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Compliance: Ensure all financial activities align with company policies and local tax regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance department to achieve accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
About You
1. Educational Background
-
Degree or Diploma: In Accounting or Accounting & Finance from a recognized institution.
2. Professional Experience

Degree Holders: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Diploma Holders: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
3. Core Competencies

Communication: Ability to communicate financial information clearly to team members.

Teamwork: A proactive approach to collaborating within the HR and Finance departments to ensure operational efficiency.
