Minimum requirements

2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or destination brands.
Experience with content planning, paid ads, analytics, and basic design or editing tools.
Strong writing ability in English.
Creative, fast, and metrics aware.
