Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, increase sales, and expand market share. This role requires creativity, leadership, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Manage social media, website content, and online advertising.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Organize promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Location: Addis Ababa
About You
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or furniture industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
