About the Job
The Backend Engineer designs and develops server-side applications and APIs using Go. They ensure data is processed securely and efficiently, manage database integrations, and build scalable systems that support enterprise platforms. They collaborate closely with frontend and mobile teams to deliver seamless functionality across products.
About You
1–3 years of backend development experience using Go or PHP in production systems.
Strong knowledge of MySQL and Redis for data storage, caching, and performance optimization.
Experience designing financial transaction systems (wallets, deposits, transfers) with data consistency, idempotency, and fraud prevention.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and/or RPC (gRPC/ProtoBuf) for system communication.
Ability to diagnose and optimize performance under high traffic loads.
Familiarity with agile workflows and sprint cycles, with good collaboration and documentation skills.
