The DevOps Engineer manages infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments. They automate workflows, monitor system performance, and ensure reliability and scalability of applications. Their role bridges development and operations, enabling faster delivery cycles and maintaining secure, efficient production systems.
About You
1–3 years in DevOps / infrastructure engineering.
Proficiency with Docker & Kubernetes.
Experience on cloud platforms (Telecloud, AWS, etc.).
Knowledge of database management (MySQL / RDS).
Familiarity with GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD, Terraform).
Ability to design CI/CD pipelines.
Skills in monitoring, alerting, backups, disaster recovery.
Understanding of infrastructure security.
Strong problem-solving for outages.
Clear communication & documentation skills.
Requirement Skill

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
Ability to handle high volumes of alerts with structured prioritization
