About the Job
• Provide technical support to employees and assist with hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Install and update antivirus and security software to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
• Train employees on IT best practices and ensure IT policy compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and productivity software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
