Position Overview:
YHAENU Private Limited Company is a company engaged in diversified business including export of agricultural commodities Coffee, Oil seeds and pulses, import of Vehicles, Trucks and Tires, Construction materials, Manufacturing of packaging products and Coffee farm. Besides, to realize the company’s vision to expand its business, we are planning to import consumer goods including edible oil, sugar, wheat/flour and others aimed at satisfying community demands.
To this end, we are looking for qualified and skilled market researcher who will engage in the systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of data and information on domestic and international market opportunities and potentials, consumers demands and supply, competitors in the sector addressed, and the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Collecting data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace and consolidating this information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends,
Performing qualitative and quantitative research to identify key market trends
Analyzing consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
Presenting findings and insights to key stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making
Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Advising on new innovations in the area of market research, and implementing new marketing strategies
Responsibilities
Collect data on consumers, competitors and market conditions
Analyze data using statistical software
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
Prepare reports and present results to management
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
Proven work experience as a Market Researcher or similar role
Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling and mining
Strong communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of data analysis and statistical packages
BSc/BA in Market Research, Statistics or related field
About You
Qualifications
BA degree and marketing, marketing research, statistics, economics, business Management, or related field.
Work Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years in related field
Skills and qualifications:
Analytical skills to interpret complex data from various sources and convert it into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Knowledge of statistical analysis software and data visualization tools to gather and present data in an understandable manner.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to clients or team members, as well as the ability to listen and understand the needs of the client or project.
Research skills to effectively conduct both primary and secondary market research including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and competitor analysis.
Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends to predict future market scenarios and provide strategic recommendations.
