HRNS Ethiopia is seeking qualified professional videographers and photographers to document project activities for the SAfA Ethiopia Project (Stiftungsallianz für Afrika). This assignment focuses on capturing the impact of youth livelihoods and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) interventions across the Amhara and Oromia regions.
1. Assignment Overview & Objectives
The goal is to produce high-quality visual stories that showcase project achievements, partner synergies, and lessons learned.

Capture: New, high-quality field footage and photos.

Produce: Professionally edited videos integrating new footage with existing partner B-roll.

Demonstrate: Clear evidence of project results and impact on over 70,000 youth.
2. Scope of Work: Regional Comparison
The assignment covers specific zones and woredas with varying deliverable requirements:

3. Technical Requirements

Photography: Minimum 300 dpi; 2400×3000 px resolution; JPEG (edited) and RAW (archives).

Videography: New footage must be shot in 4K (24/30fps).

Audio/Editing: Clean external audio, professional color grading, and motion graphics.

Ethics: Maintain subject dignity; “eye-level” perspectives; strict adherence to safety and child labor policies (e.g., no children in income-generating activities).
4. Logistics & Deliverables

Consultant Responsibility: Provide all professional-grade equipment, transport, and accommodation.

HRNS Support: Provide travel itineraries, archival B-roll, and field assistance for subject identification/talent releases.

Final Handover: All raw photo/video files, edited products, and signed release forms.
5. Submission Requirements
Interested consultants must submit a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal in two separate sealed envelopes.
