Habesha Breweries (Third-Party Contract)
Habesha Breweries is looking for energetic Sales Promoters to join our talent hub. This junior role is responsible for attracting new customers, improving profitability, and ensuring our products are effectively represented at the point of consumption.
Role Summary
The Sales Promoter focuses on customer acquisition and profit growth. Key tasks include assisting with product launches, events, and improving product range knowledge while professionally addressing customer inquiries.
Result Areas and Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & Customer Relationships

Generate sales from both existing and new customers.

Achieve daily sales volume targets within the assigned territory and submit regular sales reports.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with outlet owners and staff at distribution and retail levels.

Proactively open new accounts to expand product availability.
2. Territory & Promotion Management
-
Execute approved promotions and communicate product benefits/features to consumers.

Identify strategic outlets and maximize sales volume share in your area.

Ensure product availability and monitor stock levels in all key and strategic outlets.
3. Asset & Inventory Management
-
Follow up on product availability through the sales system.

Manage company fridges and report repair needs promptly to ensure proper product cooling and display.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: BA degree in any field of study.

Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in sales.

Important Note: This is a junior sales position managed by a third party. It serves as a talent hub that provides a pathway to larger sales roles within Habesha.
