STRAP Marketing is a leading Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Consulting firm based in Addis Ababa. We specialize in comprehensive marketing solutions and sales strategies for both residential and commercial real estate developers. We are seeking a results-driven leader to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Position Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support project sales. You will work closely with developers and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and project-based marketing strategies.

Create go-to-market plans for new project launches, open houses, and activation campaigns.

Define target audience segments, buyer personas, and conduct competitor benchmarking.
2. Lead Generation & Brand Management

Design and manage lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads to the sales team.

Manage all marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and sales kits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Digital Presence & Content

Oversee website updates, content calendars, and social media storytelling.

Approve creative content, including visuals and captions, to highlight construction progress and project updates.

Coordinate with designers and content creators to maintain a strong digital footprint.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Tracking

Lead the internal marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.

Manage campaign budgets and negotiate with third-party vendors.

Track campaign KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the real estate sector.

Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Core Skills

Technical: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and MS Office.

Marketing: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical problem-solving, and communication abilities.
