Call for Proposals: Printing and Stationary Services Framework Agreement
Background
The Youth Network for Sustainable Development (YNSD) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2003. Serving as an umbrella network for over 1,000 youth organizations in Ethiopia, YNSD focuses on sustainable development, youth empowerment, SRH, ICT, and environmental sustainability.
To support its operational activities, YNSD is inviting qualified service providers to submit proposals for a 12-month Framework Agreement for printing and stationary services.
1. Objective
The primary objective of this call is to identify and select experienced printing and production service providers capable of delivering high-quality materials under a fixed 12-month agreement.
2. Scope of Work
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive printing, finishing, and delivery services including:

Marketing Collateral: ID cards, brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.

Stationery: Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and folders.

Operational Documents: Training manuals, annual reports, and multi-part carbonless forms.

Finishing Services: Binding, laminating, die-cutting, and folding.
3. Technical Specifications
All submissions must demonstrate a commitment to:

Color Accuracy: Consistent results across digital and offset printing (CMYK and Pantone matching).

Material Quality: Availability of diverse paper stocks (recycled, matte, glossy, etc.).

Turnaround Time: Standard orders within 3–5 business days and “rush” orders within 24 hours.
4. Eligibility & Proposal Requirements
