Position: Parts Sales & Support (Telesales)

About the Job
As a member of the Mantrac team, you will be responsible for driving the parts business by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing sales activities for small and medium-sized clients.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Handle incoming customer calls and manage inquiries regarding equipment parts and services.

Order Management: Process parts orders and coordinate the generation of invoices to ensure timely delivery.

Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and prepare sales reports for management.

Business Growth: Proactively follow up on sales leads and re-engage with lost sales opportunities to recover business.

Support: Provide administrative and technical support for telesales activities to meet monthly targets.
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive preferred) or Business Administration.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or parts management.
Core Competencies

Customer Centric: A positive service mindset with a deep understanding of customer communication.

Negotiation: Strong skills in sales execution and the ability to handle price/service negotiations effectively.

Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical parts catalogs and relate them to customer equipment needs.
Required Skills

Sales & CRM: Proficiency in sales reporting and Customer Relationship Management software.

Financial Coordination: Experience in invoice coordination and sales documentation.

Lead Management: Skills in lead generation and customer development.
