Ghion Gas P.L.C., a pioneer in the Ethiopian energy sector since 1992, is looking for a principled Legal Professional. As a leading supplier of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), we require a dedicated individual to ensure our operations remain compliant with national regulations and to provide expert guidance on legal matters as we modernize our technology and expand our services.
Core Responsibilities

Legal Advisory: Provide sound legal guidance to management on corporate, environmental, and operational matters.

Compliance: Ensure the company remains fully compliant with Ethiopian national regulations and energy sector standards.

Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal contracts, agreements, and other official documentation with high precision.

Representation: Handle legal advisory tasks and represent the company’s interests in legal proceedings or negotiations as required.
About You
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Law or a related field of study.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years for Degree holders.

Minimum of 3 years for Diploma holders.
