About the Job

As a Sales Representative at Akoya, you will be responsible for the direct sale of apartment units. Your role focuses on networking, relationship building, and using persuasive arguments to turn prospective leads into buyers. You will work within a fast-paced environment to achieve specific weekly and monthly sales quotas while maintaining the high reputation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Diligently and aggressively seek buyers for apartment units through daily selling activities.

  • Client Management: Identify and anticipate client needs, providing tailored responses and consistent follow-ups.

  • Lead Generation: Self-generate networking opportunities and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.

  • Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers to facilitate the closing process.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive business relationships to ensure long-term credibility and future sales.

  • Brand Integrity: Conduct all activities in a professional manner that upholds the company’s high-end market image.


About You

Job Requirements

  • Education: Open to any educational background.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience (Junior level).

  • Language: Fluency in Amharic and a good command of English.

Technical & Knowledge Requirements

  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM programs.

  • Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for high-stakes negotiations.

  • Problem Solving: Creative approach with critical thinking skills to address customer troubleshooting or objections.
