Quick Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this high-level role focuses on the design, implementation, and defense of the organization’s core network infrastructure. You will be responsible for both proactive architecture (designing ESX network infrastructures and cloud resources) and reactive defense (mitigating breaches and troubleshooting hardware). This position is ideal for a technical leader who balances deep networking expertise with a rigorous security mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Design and implement ESX network infrastructure and connectivity for brokers and service providers; consult stakeholders on scalable topology and hybrid cloud environments.

• Security Implementation: Deploy enterprise-wide access security controls, application firewalls, and authentication protocols to defend against vulnerabilities.

• Infrastructure Management: Provision secure cloud resources, prepare hardware technical specifications, and ensure delivered IT devices meet exact standards.

• Monitoring & Response: Detect unauthorized access and anomalies; troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and maintain the architecture of LAN/WLAN and servers.

• Support & Training: Support brokers and stakeholders with connectivity incidents; conduct internal cybersecurity awareness and safe practice training.

• Project Delivery: Use project management expertise to deliver critical in-house solutions and technical tasks as assigned by the CTO.

Requirements:

• Education: MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT security and network administration, including 1–3 years of managerial experience.

• Certifications: Mandatory relevant network management and security certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent).

• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in network configuration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure evaluation (hardware/software specifications).

• Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
