Quick Summary
Hybrid Designs PLC (RIDE) is seeking a proactive Key Account Specialist to manage and scale its corporate partnerships. As the primary liaison for strategic B2B clients, you will oversee the onboarding of corporate partners onto the RIDE PLUS platform, ensure high retention rates, and identify opportunities to expand the footprint of existing accounts. This is a critical growth role within one of Ethiopia’s leading mobility tech firms.
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, conducting regular reviews to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Client Onboarding: Lead the registration and activation process for new partners, providing training and guidance to maximize platform adoption.

Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities within current partnerships and support the acquisition of new strategic corporate accounts.

Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement levels and prepare periodic reports on account status, retention metrics, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with finance, marketing, and tech teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the service delivery experience.

Market Insight: Stay updated on competitor activity and represent the company at key industry events and high-level meetings.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Sales, specifically handling B2B clients.

Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in mobility, logistics, fintech, or the technology sector.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and account tracking systems.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management abilities; high level of integrity and confidentiality.
