Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Training: Educate pharmacy staff on how to use Medrafa digital systems effectively.

Onboarding: Assist new pharmacies with initial account setup and system integration.

Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.

Regional Coverage: Work with pharmacies within your specifically assigned region.
Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years of experience (Junior level).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Technical Mindset: Basic technical understanding and a reliable, responsive work ethic.
