Job Summary

The Card Payment Switch Officer I is responsible for assisting in the daily operations and maintenance of the card payment switch network. This introductory role involves supporting the onboarding of new member institutions, assisting with application testing during system updates, and providing operational and technical support to clients during project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting daily card payment switch transactions and infrastructure.

• Institution Onboarding: Participate in the process of onboarding new financial institutions onto the card payment switch platform.

• Application Testing: Support technical testing and quality assurance routines when changes or updates are made to card payment applications.

• Client Support: Provide baseline technical assistance to clients for project implementations, daily operations, and escalated transaction issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields of study.

• Experience: None required (Fresh Graduate); prior internship or experience is considered an advantage.

• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
