Job Summary

ELFORA Agro-Industries PLC is seeking an ICT Officer to manage and support information technology operations at its Bishoftu Poultry and Abattoir facility. The role focuses on maintaining local IT infrastructure, ensuring systems availability, and providing technical support to staff within an integrated agro-processing facility environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: First degree (BSc) from a recognized university or college in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Science, or a closely related field of study.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of related professional work experience in IT support, systems administration, or network maintenance.

• Core Skills: Strong technical problem-solving ability, proactive communication, and baseline negotiation skills.
