Job Summary
The Marketing Manager leads the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy, brand development, and promotional ecosystems. This executive position is responsible for planning and executing high-impact campaigns, managing both digital and traditional marketing channels, and ensuring tight alignment between public-facing initiatives and corporate growth goals. The manager will spearhead customer engagement, market expansion, and brand visibility while coordinating product launches (such as Sidama Passion Juice).
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Brand Development

Develop and implement data-driven annual marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to map out new market opportunities.

Define, protect, and evolutionize brand positioning, maintaining a consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.

Drive storytelling initiatives that highlight local authenticity and foundational company values.
Campaign & Digital Channel Management

Lead end-to-end promotional campaigns across digital media, print networks, public relations, and live events.

Oversee corporate sponsorships, localized advertising, and high-profile corporate events.

Manage social media footprints and digital marketing platforms using cutting-edge analytics tools.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Analytics

Collaborate with Sales, Corporate Services, and HR to unify campaigns with company-wide priorities.

Work with Procurement and Finance departments for lean budget planning, contract negotiations, and external vendor management.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including campaign reach, consumer engagement, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance digests to recommend strategic pivots.
Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Strategic Management.

Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive, relevant experience in high-level marketing management with a proven track record in brand development and digital ecosystems.

Core Competencies: Strong executive leadership, agile project management, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with modern digital marketing suites, content creation ecosystems, and web analytics tools.
