Role Purpose & Mission

Your mission is to help transform the company into a highly disciplined, data-driven, technology-enabled, and performance-focused organization.

Over the years, the company has invested heavily in ERP systems, technology, people, and business processes. The next phase of growth requires turning those investments into measurable business results. The successful candidate will work directly with executive leadership and department managers to sit at the intersection of business strategy, technology adoption, and employee execution.

Current Challenges to Address

  • Underutilized Systems: ERP systems are available but not fully utilized across departments.

  • Process Workarounds: Employees relying on manual processes instead of company systems.

  • Data Gaps: Valuable business data is captured but not consistently converted into actionable insights or reports that drive management decisions.

  • Accountability & Execution: Inconsistent accountability across departments with a managerial focus on activities rather than measurable outcomes.

  • Commercial Impact: Premium products are not automatically translating to premium market positioning due to gaps in sales intelligence, market analysis, and demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Systems Leadership

  • Lead ERP utilization, system adoption, compliance, and user accountability across all departments.

  • Standardize business processes and workflows to drive system-based execution.

  • Ensure organizational data accuracy, consistency, and structural integrity.

2. Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Develop executive dashboards and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring systems.

  • Improve visibility into sales, finance, operations, inventory, customer performance, and overall business health.

  • Transform raw corporate data into actionable management insights.

3. AI, Automation & Digital Innovation

  • Identify and implement practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications to improve productivity.

  • Lead workflow automation initiatives that eliminate duplication, bottlenecks, and manual work.

  • Support and develop the company’s long-term AI adoption roadmap.

4. Performance & Change Management

  • Design, strengthen, and manage modern KPI frameworks across cross-functional departments.

  • Drive the adoption of new systems, training and coaching managers and employees to reduce resistance to change.

  • Build a corporate workplace culture centered around continuous improvement and accountability.

Technical & Professional Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a closely related field.

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record in digital transformation.

Systems, Data & Infrastructure

  • ERP Optimization: Deep experience implementing or optimizing complex ERP systems. Direct experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable.

  • Data Analytics: Advanced data analysis skills with strong proficiency in SQL and database management (PostgreSQL).

  • Server Administration: Solid knowledge of Linux server administration, Git version control, access management, and data governance.

Software Development & Automation

  • Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Python for backend automation and internal business tools.

  • Web Technologies: Practical experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js to build dashboards, portals, and enterprise applications.

  • Integrations: Experience connecting enterprise environments via APIs and managing process orchestration.

  • Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered productivity solutions.
