Key Purpose Statement
To support the effective execution of real estate sales and customer service activities by coordinating daily operations, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and assisting in the achievement of sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Coordination: Support the supervision of daily sales and marketing activities to ensure corporate business targets are successfully achieved.

Team Guidance: Monitor the day-to-day performance of sales agents and provide active guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

Process Compliance: Assist in implementing company policies, structured sales procedures, and customer service quality standards.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and operational updates for management review.

Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries and support the resolution of routine issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

Event Operations: Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and promotional sales events to support active business pipelines.

Data Management: Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on incoming leads, property reservations, and customer financial transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a closely related field of study.
Experience

1 to 3 years of professional work experience (Minimum of 2 years preferred).

Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within the real estate industry is highly valued and considered an added advantage.
