Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Salesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiating contractual offers, and closing deals. This role demands highly active field engagement paired with excellent relationship-building capabilities to manage high-value client transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Actively drive sales milestones including property pitching, lead tracking, value-based negotiation, and deal closing.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential buyers through localized marketing, networking, and outreach campaigns.

  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build, manage, and sustain long-term client databases, ensuring personalized communication and customer satisfaction.

  • Property Viewings: Arrange and lead property site visits, providing buyers with accurate data regarding neighborhood value, structural specifications, and market trends.

  • Deal Closing: Collaborate with buyers and property owners to structure win-win terms, manage transactional paperwork, and see deals through to physical sign-off.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree or background in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Sales, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Core Technical Skills

  • Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of active, hands-on field experience in real estate marketing or real estate sales.

  • Sales Execution & Negotiation: Proven capability to close sales pipelines and navigate complex client negotiations in a high-stakes environment.

  • CRM Utilization: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows to map customer pipelines and manage follow-ups.

  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of real property variables and Addis Ababa real estate market trends.

Interpersonal & Behavioral Competencies

  • Exceptional customer service approach paired with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High resilience and adaptability to thrive within a fast-paced corporate sales ecosystem.

  • Professional integrity and strong relationship-building capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ETB 17,500.00 per month (for experienced profiles).

  • Commission Structure: Highly attractive 3% to 4% commission payouts per successful transaction.
