Job Description

Tona Coffee is seeking an energetic, motivated, and passionate Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on expanding our retail and commercial customer base, increasing overall coffee sales, and maintaining premium, long-term relationships with clients and partners across the hospitality and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, map, and develop new B2B and retail sales opportunities to grow Tona Coffee’s regional footprint.

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell Tona Coffee products to cafes, supermarkets, hotels, and corporate clients.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, consistent, and supportive relationships with existing customers and distribution partners.

  • Target Achievement: Drive sales efforts to consistently meet or exceed established monthly sales targets.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular, data-driven sales performance reports, market feedback summaries, and client pipeline tracking reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial field is preferred.

Professional Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or retail operations (prior experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage).

  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal presentation, active listening, and commercial negotiation skills.

  • Leadership & Teamwork: Natural ability to lead by example, coordinate small team operations, and collaborate effectively with production and logistics departments.

  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to resolving customer complaints, distribution bottlenecks, and retail friction points.

  • Mindset: Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail ecosystem.
