About the Job

Role and responsibilities Business Analyst

• Engage with stakeholders across subsidiaries to identify business needs.

• Document functional and non-functional requirements for ICT systems.

• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes.

• Prepare clear documentation (BRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows).

• Map business workflows and identify inefficiencies.

• Recommend ICT-enabled process improvements.

• Standardize processes across subsidiaries where feasible.

• Collaborate with Software Developers, & ERP Manager to design solutions.

• Ensure proposed ICT solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.

• Validate deliverables through user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Translate business KPIs into ICT dashboards and analytics requirements.

• Track progress against requirements and escalate risks.

• Ensure subsidiary-specific needs are incorporated into holding-level ICT projects.

About You

• MBA/IT; BA certifications

• Experience : 7-10yrs

• Business analysis, requirements gathering

• Analytical, communicative, adaptable
