Job Summary
The Sales Director will lead and scale the commercial sales function across all active and pipeline developments. Acting as the core engine of Kavod’s revenue generation, this role owns the full sales cycle from lead origination through lease execution. The position requires building a high-performance, results-driven sales team capable of delivering aggressive growth targets in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial sales strategy aligned with organizational revenue and growth objectives.

Own the full sales lifecycle across all active and pipeline commercial property developments.

Champion a revenue-ownership mindset across the entire commercial division.
Team Management & Performance Optimization

Recruit, train, inspire, and manage a high-performance commercial sales team.

Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards to ensure strict team accountability and reward growth.
CRM Pipeline Management & Data Analytics

Maintain a commanding grip on CRM-driven pipeline management, lead routing, and progression tracking.

Utilize automated sales analytics and performance tools to make data-driven decisions and compile accurate forecasting reports.
Market Intel & Relationship Management

Cultivate and protect high-value, long-term client relationships using a customer-centric approach.

Conduct continuous strategic market analysis and track competitor intelligence to adjust commercial strategy proactively.

Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless commercial governance and compliance.

About You
Educational Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred: Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is considered an added advantage.
Work Experience Requirements

Total Depth: Minimum 8 to 12 years of progressive, professional sales experience.

Leadership Depth: At least 4 years spent specifically in a senior or directorial sales leadership capacity.

Sector Focus: Demonstrated experience in real estate, commercial property development, or closely related industries is strongly preferred.
Core Skills & Technical Proficiencies

Core Competencies: Advanced negotiation, high-value deal-closing capability, commercial strategy design, and exceptional executive presence.

Software Literacy: Hands-on proficiency with modern CRM platforms, property management systems, digital lead-generation applications, and advanced MS Excel/Microsoft Suite for dashboard forecasting.
