Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to showcase properties, luxury lifestyle, and brand story.
Daily tasks include filming and photographing properties, writing captions, editing short videos and images, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
The role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams to align content with campaigns, property launches, and brand guidelines. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and suggest new content formats, trends, and strategies to increase reach, leads, and brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong social media skills, including content planning, platform management, and familiarity with current trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Excellent written communication skills for clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions, stories, and short copy.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including brand positioning, audience targeting, and social media analytics.
• Ability to shoot high-quality photos and videos on smartphones or cameras, with a good eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site at properties and in the office, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and design teams.
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing (experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is an advantage).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Amharic or additional local languages is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
