ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain the infrastructure driving our core banking and fintech platforms.
In this role, you will take ownership of deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cluster operations. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure software is shipped reliably, securely, and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure & Cluster Management
• Manage, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, servers, and core networking infrastructure.
CI/CD & Automation
• Build, operate, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and safe software releases.
• Run and automate deployments primarily using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
Application Containerization
• Standardize and containerize applications using Docker.
Database Management
• Oversee database administration fundamentals, including backups, routine monitoring, and performance tuning.
System Monitoring & Security
• Actively monitor system health.
• Troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain stable, highly secure environments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVE)
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
Infrastructure & Tools
• Proven experience with Kubernetes clusters, server management, and networking tools.
Containers & CI/CD
• Proficiency with Docker and building CI/CD pipelines.
Core Systems
• Strong command of Linux environments.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Databases
• Practical understanding of database management fundamentals.
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE-TO-HAVE)
• Direct experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
• Prior deployment experience within the fintech or banking sectors.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, TeleCloud, or Huawei Cloud.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm.
• Experience setting up or managing monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Dozzle.
REQUIRED SKILL
• Cloud Services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
