ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Beza Posterity Development Organization (BPDO) is an indigenous non-governmental humanitarian organization re-registered with registry number 1221 as a local organization on May 27/2019 under the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation 1113/2019.
BPDO works on health, socio-economic development, capacity building, and advocacy programs aimed at improving healthcare experiences for communities and contributing to national efforts to reduce new HIV infections.
The organization also works to improve the living conditions of women, girls, and youth through livelihood and vocational skill development programs across 10 regional states of Ethiopia, including Amhara, Addis Ababa, Tigray, Somali, Dire Dawa, Harari, Benishangul Gumuz, Gambella, Oromia, and Afar.
ABOUT THE INVITATION
BPDO invites eligible printing agencies to submit their proposed price for the printing of Promotional Golf Umbrellas to support Health Security Activities implemented in the Amhara Region with the Core Group.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT certificate
• Renewed business license for the year 2025/26
• Relevant work experience in printing services
• Adequate and experienced personnel
• Knowledge of CSO proclamation and related guidelines
• Detailed work schedule including expected start and completion dates
• Ability to review sample designs at BPDO office before final pricing
• Submission of a sealed envelope containing the proposed price per promotional umbrella
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Applicants must submit proposed price per item in a sealed envelope.
• Selected agency will be required to present sample designs for review and approval.
• BPDO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without obligation to provide reasons.
