ABOUT THE JOB
The IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing the factory’s IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and team to ensure smooth and secure business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the factory IT team and daily IT operations.
• Ensure effective operation of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, servers, and office systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor group and local IT policies, plans, and standards.
• Align IT solutions with business needs through coordination with management.
• Prepare, control, and monitor IT budgets and costs.
• Oversee IT procurement, vendor selection, and vendor performance.
• Manage IT hardware, software, licenses, and inventory security.
• Lead and support group and local IT projects.
• Ensure system maintenance, backups, monitoring, data archiving, and service reliability.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and IT training.
• Identify opportunities for IT improvements, efficiency, and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with software usage, IT standards, and security requirements.
ABOUT YOU
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
REQUIRED SKILL
• Proven experience in working with CSOs, networks, or local initiatives and communities
DESIRED SKILL
• Strong coordination and networking skills
