ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester to join our team.
The role involves testing web, mobile, and back-office applications, identifying defects, ensuring software quality, and supporting the delivery of reliable and user-friendly systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and back-office applications
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to improve product quality
• Review requirements and provide quality feedback before implementation
• Test new features, system updates, and integrations before deployment
• Prepare test reports and communicate testing results
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Ensure applications meet functional, usability, and performance requirements

ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or similar role
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
