About the Job

The Outdoor Driver Registration Agent is responsible for identifying and engaging potential drivers in assigned territories and high-traffic locations to promote the platform and its benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Recruitment: Identify and engage potential drivers to explain earning opportunities, incentives, flexibility, and support services.

• Onboarding & Registration: Guide prospects through the complete registration process, collecting and verifying all required registration documents.

• Documentation & Tech Support: Capture clear and accurate photos of driver and vehicle documentation while ensuring drivers successfully download, install, and log in to the driver application.

• Follow-Up & Reporting: Follow up with prospective drivers to encourage registration completion and activation, maintain accurate field records, and provide updates on activities or challenges to the supervisor.

• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly registration targets while representing the company professionally.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; college education is an advantage.

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or driver recruitment is an advantage.

• Technology: Good knowledge of smartphone applications and mobile technology.
